With over 30 years of practice managing teams and leading sales efforts for both publicly held and privately owned companies, Dawn will lead a spirited, interactive discussion where attendees share experiences and craft solutions for how to affect positive change within their lives and their organizations.

About the Presenter
Dawn Duhamel is an Associate Principal responsible for Business Development at DTJ Design, one of the country’s most awarded and integrated architecture, planning, and landscape architecture firms. Dawn’s previous roles include Vice President of Sales and Marketing for both public and private homebuilders, and Vice President of Business Development for national interior design firms. With a history of being the only woman on executive teams, Dawn’s presence “in the room where it happened” is the catalyst for her perspective on change. Dawn is a national speaker, a former Chair of the Denver Professional Women in Building Council, and was honored with the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver’s prestigious “Person of the Year” award. She is a past keynote speaker at WIRC, after which she promptly wrote and published her first book: WHISTLED.
