Ward believes in establishing project goals early and then staying focused on the overall concept throughout the design. His collaborative style is attuned to the clients’ needs, the site conditions, the realities of construction, and the necessary optimism required in creating community throughout the design process. With some 20+ years in the field, he draws on his own experiences to mentor up-and-coming colleagues and help them realize their potential.

Jennifer Harpe has more than 18 years of experience in architecture, interiors and graphic design. A dedicated, detail-oriented designer whose collaborative nature keeps her involved in projects from concept to construction, Harpe’s portfolio includes senior housing, multifamily housing, restaurant, retail, office and hospitality. She believes that the line is often blurred between interior design, graphics and branding as these elements are necessary to the successful outcome of a project. A well-designed interior conveys a brand message and blends seamlessly with the building exterior. Harpe’s focus on a comprehensive design process allows client engagement throughout the entire process and ultimately results in a clear solution that produces effective, efficient and well-designed deliverables.
